National Classification of Education 2000. Classification of programs in levels of training achieved (ISTAC: CL_CNED_A_2000)

The CNED-2000 is an ideal instrument for the collection, processing and analysis of data related to education, facilitating its national harmonization. In addition, in order to facilitate international comparability, CNED-2000 has been based on ISCED-97 (UNESCO International Standard Classification of Education). The CNED-2000 uses the educational programme as a statistical unit. Since an educational program can be classified according to different criteria and taking into account that these criteria are independent, different structures have been created: - Classification of educational programs according to educational levels: is used to classify the programs currently taught (primary, secondary,..., occupational training,...) - Classification of educational programmes in fields of study: includes the set of knowledge areas or economic sectors to which a programme can be assigned. It is based on the classification developed by EUROSTAT and CEDEFOP (Area of Sciences, Humanities,...) - Classification of educational programmes into levels of training: The third structure of the CNED-2000 serves to determine the training acquired by a person throughout his life. In this case, all existing educational programs have been taken into account in any period of time, even if the person has not taken any program (Alphabets, Primary Education, ..., University Education, ...)CNED-2000是一款用于教育相关数据采集、处理与分析的理想工具，可有效推动教育数据的全国统一规范。此外，为便于开展国际比较，CNED-2000的构建以联合国教科文组织《国际教育标准分类1997版》（ISCED-97）为依据。 CNED-2000以教育项目为统计单元。鉴于教育项目可依据多维度标准进行分类，且各分类维度相互独立，该数据集共构建了三套分类体系： - 按教育层级划分的教育项目分类：该分类用于对当前开设的教育项目（初等教育、中等教育、职业培训等）进行归类。 - 按研究领域划分的教育项目分类：该分类涵盖教育项目可归属的各类知识领域或经济部门，其制定基于欧盟统计局（EUROSTAT）与欧洲职业培训发展中心（CEDEFOP）联合推出的分类标准（如科学、人文等领域）。 - 按培训层级划分的教育项目分类：CNED-2000的第三套分类体系用于判定个体终身习得的培训情况。此分类覆盖所有历史时段内存在的教育项目，即便个体未参与过任何教育项目（如扫盲教育、初等教育、高等教育等）。
