Development plan Hammerbrook 7-Monastery 8 1st amendment Hamburg

The Law on the Development Plan Hammerbrook 7/Klostertor 8 of 9 October 1985 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, p. 284) is amended as follows: 1.The annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Building Plan Hammerbrook 7/Monastery Gate 8 is added to the Act. 2.§ 2, point 3 is replaced by the following: 3. For the area shown in the plant in the corner area Süderstraße/Hammerbrookstraße in the southern part of the plan area, the commercial area identification is converted into a core area. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I, page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Bundesgesetzblatt I pages 466, 479).’ 3. Section 2, point 8 is replaced by the following: 8. In the commercial area, only uses pursuant to Section 8(2)(2) and (3) of the Building Use Ordinance, as well as warehouses and storage places are permitted.’
