Data and code for "Environmental controls on eddy-induced chlorophyll anomalies in the East Australian Current System"

This archive contains processed data products, regional masks, climatology outputs, lifecycle-climatology outputs, and figure outputs generated for the manuscript "Environmental controls on eddy-induced chlorophyll-a anomalies in the East Australian Current System". The archive includes processed input bundles, WOA23-derived background-field diagnostics, regional depth and eddy-induced chlorophyll-a anomaly climatologies, lifecycle-climatology outputs, regional masks, and manuscript figure outputs for Figures 5–8. Raw third-party datasets are not redistributed here; the manuscript cites the original data sources, including AVISO+ Mesoscale Eddy Trajectory Atlas, MODIS-Aqua ocean colour products, WOA23, and Holte mixed layer depth climatology.
