RNA-seq analysis of wild-type and csrp1KO mESCs and embryoid bodies of day 9

mESCs were in vitro differentiated into embryoid bodies under suspension cultured condition and was collected at day 9 of differentiation. Polyadenylated mRNAs of mESCs and EBs were isolated and used to build the sequencing library. Overall design: Generation of csrp1KO mESC cell line: we generated csrp1KO through CRSPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing and confirmed the loss of Csrp1 protein through Western blot. Three biologically independent replicates were included for each sample.
