Slope Angle Boundaries for LiDAR Subsurface Scattering Bias in Greenland
收藏资源简介:
Dataset contains 2 GeoTIFF files. We modeled the subsurface scattering bias for ICESat-2's ATL06 product and investigated under which surface conditions a bias may be observable. For a weak beam return on bare ice and a strong beam return on firn, the bias may be relevant if the slope angle is below a critical angle of 1.0 degrees and 8.0 degrees, respectively. Areas in Greenland below those angles are masked by the two provided files. If you plan to use those data, please cite "Thilini Bamunu Arachchige, Kelly E. Gleason, Jonathan C.
