Comprehensive analysis of m6A-modified circRNAs in mice model of myocardial injury induced by obstructive sleep apnea

The aim of this current study is to explore m6A-modified circRNAs expression profiles and reveal their potential functional roles in mouse models of CIH with the use of bioinformatics analysis. The mouse model of OSA treated by chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) was established. We assessed the expression profiles of m6A-modified circRNAs by microarray analysis.
