This is a dataset of images used to train and test a convolutional neural network (CNN) to recognise lymphoplasmacytic enteritis (LPE) and Low grade intestinal T cell lymphoma (LIGTL). Images are 1024x1024x3 JPG images, obtained from WSI images scanned with Aperio CS2 scanner at 400x final magnification of HE slides. Tiles are anonymised with consecutive case numbers (the first number of the file name identifies the case).
