As shown in this image, the Livro Mágico architecture involved: i) a smartphone with an NFC reader, a Android application installed, and Bluetooth communication; ii) the cards with NFC tag, and iii) a speaker Bluetooth. The Livro Mágico architecture illustrates the operation of the artifact. When the child passes the smartphone over a card, the NFC tag identifier is sent to the Android application that verifies if the identifier is registered in the smartphone, and performs the associated action: reproduce a mp4 file. The smartphone is connected via Bluetooth with the speakers, and the sound comes out through the speakers.
