Amplicon capture data of Lepidoptera from the article 'Efficient Development of Nuclear Protein-Coding Locus (NPCL) Amplification Primers from Genomic Data for Amplicon Capture Phylogenomics'

In our article "Efficient Development of Nuclear Protein-Coding Locus (NPCL) Amplification Primers from Genomic Data for Amplicon Capture Phylogenomics", we utilized the amplicon capture method to capture 100 NPCLs from 33 Lepidoptera specimens. The dataset provided here comprises two principal components. The first component consists of the refined alignments of 100 NPCLs and the final DNA concatenated data matrix. The second component includes  the resulting phylogenetic tree output from IQ-Tree2.
