Images and Text from a Trial Trench Evaluation at Main Road, Shuttington, Warwickshire, May 2024

This collection consists of images and text from a trial trench evaluation by Archaeological Services WYAS, at Mane Road, Shuttington, Warwickshire, in May 2024. A full written, drawn and photographic record was made of all archaeological work undertaken. The works identified a large modern ditch in the north of the site which corresponds to a field boundary on late 19th and 20th-century Ordnance Survey mapping. In additional two small undated gullies and the remains of a hedgerow were also observed.
