Simulation scripts for reference table generation

This zipped archive file contains the 14 R scripts used to simulate data for the simulation study portion of our manuscript. Each script corresponds to one sampling scheme, but all share the same structure and code. The first few lines of the script (ll. 15-17) set the length of loci in the dataset ('size' scripts vary this by scaling theta), the number of individuals sampled ('ind' scripts vary this), and the number of loci sampled ('block' scripts vary this).
