Through 16s detection and analysis of microbial colonies in the intestinal and reproductive tract mucosa of chickens, this study aims to explore the correlation between egg production performance and microbial composition in laying hens during the late laying period, explore possible pathways that affect egg production performance, and explore ways to regulate egg production performance by regulating gut microbiota. The aim is to find methods to improve egg production performance in laying hens during the later laying period, and provide scientific basis for breeding super long breeding cycles of laying hens.
