Mesenchymal Stem Cell-derived small Extracellular Vesicles Alleviate the Immunometabolic Dysfunction in Murine Septic Encephalopathy

This study presents RNA-seq data from mouse brain samples collected during a sepsis experiment. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol and treated with the TURBO DNA-free Kit to remove residual DNA. Approximately 500 ng of RNA from each sample was prepared using the Illumina TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Library Prep Kit with Ribo-Zero Gold rRNA Removal Kit (Epidemiology) and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with 150 bp paired-end reads. The study includes samples from septic mice, septic mice treated with small extracellular vesicles (sEVs), and control mice. This dataset aims to elucidate transcriptomic changes in the brain under septic conditions and assess the impact of sEVs treatment.
