Candidatus Magnetomorum str. HK-1 is a uncultivated marine organism found in a coastal tidal mud flat of the North Sea, Germany. Targeted genomic analysis of four single magnetotactic multicellular prokaryotes aggregates by magnetic collection followed by micromanipulation identified two divergent mamAB-like operons.
