A price survey of 100g of asparagus conducted across supermarkets nationwide revealed an average price of 2,185 yen in October 2024. Over the period from January 2015 to October 2024 (a total of 118 months), the highest price for asparagus in supermarkets across the country was in October 2024 at 2,185 yen, while the lowest price was in August 2015 at 1,288 yen. The price difference between the highest price period (October 2024) and the lowest price period (August 2015) for asparagus nationwide is 897.3617 yen.
