This dataset comprises job recruitment postings and researchers' personal profiles, comprehensively documenting required qualifications, research directions, and institutional priorities. To ensure the high quality of the researchers' personal profiles, the authors screened those who have engaged in publication activities over the past decade. The dataset also incorporates evaluation metrics for model performance assessment that adopt standard ranking indicators. In terms of scale, the dataset matches 17,830 job recruitment records with 19,246 researchers, generating 79,513 job-talent matching pairs. The core task of this dataset is to enable job-talent matching.
