The project aims to investigate the effect of cyclic higher pressure treatment on the expression of microRNA in exosomes secreted by human microvascular endothelial cells (HMEC-1), so as to provide a molecular mechanism basis for elucidating relevant physiological and pathological processes. The experiment divides HMEC-1 cells into two groups: Group C (normal culture without cyclic higher pressure, serving as control) and Group CHP (treated with cyclic higher pressure). After the cells are cultured to a specific stage, the culture media of both groups are collected, and exosomes are extracted from the combined samples of 6 plates. The expression profiles of microRNA in them are detected by high-throughput sequencing to identify the differential expressions of exosomal miRNA between the two groups.
