Digital Land Model (Resolution 1 m) – Coastal Zones of Continental Portugal – 2011

Digital Land model of the coastal areas of mainland Portugal, in a range of 400 m on land, with resolution of 1 m, obtained from a survey with LiDAR technology during 2011. This information is found in the Reference System PT-TM06/ETRS89 and the vertical reference is the Cascais Helmert 38 Altimetric Datum. This project was the result of a partnership between the Portuguese Geographical Institute (PGI), the current Directorate-General for the Territory (DGT) and the Water Institute, I.P. (INAG), currently the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA), with the support of the Operational Programme for the Valuation of the Territory (POVT), within the framework of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF).
