NEO-Pi. Switzerland

The data used
for this research was formerly collected for a validation study in
vocational guidance. No ethical approval was required for this former work and
respondents participated to the study on a voluntary base. The
procedure described in this study was however conducted in accordance
with the Swiss laws, with the ethical standards regarding research on human
beings and with the Helsinki declaration. Data were fully anonymised prior
to analysis by the authors.

The complete dataset
comprised 1,691 participants (55% female, mean age = 33) from the French
speaking part of Switzerland who answered the French version of the NEO-PI-R [62] on a voluntary base. Participants were
recruited between 2002 and 2007 by students who had to find at least one male
and one female
between 18 and 26 years old, and one male and one female older than 26
