scRNA-seq for palbociclib-ibrutinib clinical trial

This project aims to understand how CDK4/6 inhibition functions in a clinical context, given increasing evidence of its ability to augment responses to partner drugs. In our palbociclib-ibrutinib clinical trial to treat mantle cell lymphoma, we aim to determine the genomic basis for therapeutic resistance at the single-cell level, using scRNA-seq to identify MCL tumor cell subclusters, alongside WES and WTS analyses. Deeper understanding of resistance mechanisms to CDK4/6 inhibition and its role in tumor-immune interactions will support the advancement of novel therapies to circumvent drug resistance in cancer treatment.
