Gene expression profile at single cell level of muscle endothelial cells (ECs) and muscle non-ECs from wild type and tumor bearing mice

Endothelial cells are considered as a heterogeneous population dependent on vascular bed or patho/physiological conditions. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the subpopulations of muscle ECs and non-ECS during cancer growth. Overall design: muslce ECs and non-ECs of EC specific tdTomato mice with or without tumor were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence or absence of tdTomato signal and analyzed using scRNAseq.
