Bibliography 2019-2026

Introduction This bibliographic database provides a structured overview of scientific publications documenting phycological research in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the period 1849-2026. It was developed to systematically collect, organize, and document the available scientific literature related to cyanobacteria, algae, and other relevant aspects of phycology, providing an accessible resource for researchers, students, and other interested users. The database comprises 177 years of scientific investigation, including 119 original research articles. All records are organized in a standardized Excel format and contain relevant bibliographic information to facilitate literature retrieval, bibliographic analysis, and further research. This collection provides an overview of scientific output, research contributions, and the thematic scope of phycological investigations conducted during the selected period. By making this database publicly accessible through the Zenodo repository, we aim to improve the visibility, accessibility, and reusability of scientific literature on phycology in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The database is intended as a reference resource for future bibliographic assessments, research planning, identification of research trends, and continued documentation of scientific contributions to the study of cyanobacteria and algae.
