Transcriptional profiling of mouse esophageal development. Goal was to globally profile critical genes and signaling pathways during the development of mouse esophagus and determine how Nrf2/Keap1 pathway regulates the morphogenesis of the esophageal epithelium. Multiple-comparison. WT-E11.5 vs. WT-E15.5 vs. WT-P0 vs. WT-P7; WT-P7 vs. WT-adult; WT-adult vs. Nrf2-/--adult; WT-P7 vs. Nrf2-/--P7 vs. Keap1-/--P7 vs. Nrf2-/-Keap1-/--P7. Biological replicates: 3 replicates for each group.
本数据集为小鼠食管发育的转录组表达谱分析(Transcriptional profiling)。研究目标为全局解析小鼠食管发育进程中的关键基因与信号通路,并明确核因子红细胞系2相关因子2/Kelch样ECH关联蛋白1(Nrf2/Keap1)通路对食管上皮形态发生的调控作用。本次分析采用多重比较实验设计,具体对比分组包括:野生型(Wild Type, WT)胚胎第11.5天(E11.5)、E15.5、出生后0天(P0)与出生后7天(P7)样本;WT-P7与WT成年小鼠样本;WT成年小鼠样本与Nrf2基因敲除成年小鼠(Nrf2-/-adult)样本;WT-P7、Nrf2基因敲除出生后7天小鼠(Nrf2-/-P7)、Keap1基因敲除出生后7天小鼠(Keap1-/-P7)以及Nrf2与Keap1双基因敲除出生后7天小鼠(Nrf2-/-Keap1-/-P7)样本。所有实验组均设置3次生物学重复。
