This series of single cell RNA sequencing data aims to investigate the heterogeneity of cellular hieararchies among pediatric acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia with NUP98-rearrangement. Overall design: In total, 9 samples from 8 patiets of pediatric leukemia with NUP98-rearrangements (NUP98::NSD1, NUP98::KDM5A, NUP98::RAP1GDS1) were subjected for single cell RNA sequencing. Publicly available diagnosis and relapse-paired samples from a patient with NUP98::NSD1 AML is included from GSE235063 (GSM7494309, GSM7494310). Data processing, embedding, and projection of data onto normal hematopoietic cell reference (PMID: 39587259) were performed using Seurat (v4.1.0, RRID: SCR_007322). *************************************************************** human primary patient data ***************************************************************
