资源简介:
This dataset supports the manuscript entitled "Reassessing Spatial Equity in Palliative Care: A Multi-Method Geographic Analysis in Urban China." The dataset contains quantitative and geospatial data used to evaluate the spatial distribution, accessibility, and institutional service capacity of palliative care in Nanjing. It consists of three main Excel files and several high-resolution figures in JPG format.
Included files:
Accessibility Evaluation of Palliative Care Institutions.xls: Provides the number of residential points, travel time intervals, covered area, used to assess the service reach and accessibility of palliative care institutions.
Service Capacity of Palliative Care Institutions.xlsx: Includes service capacity coefficients and related evaluation results for each institution.
Voronoi Diagram Area.xls: Presents the Voronoi (Thiessen) polygon areas associated with each institution to evaluate geographic coverage and potential service areas.
Figure 1–4 (JPG): Show administrative divisions, Voronoi diagram, current service capacity, and accessibility analysis.
Supplementary Figures 1–4 (JPG): Provide additional visualizations of facility distribution and service coverage by institution type (hospital-based, community-based, nursing home-based).
All data were collected and analyzed between January and June 2025 using ArcGIS and Excel.
Data curation was performed by Zhiyi Shi and supervised by Associate Professor Shu-Qin Zhu.
