This data product is based on the analysis of freight vehicle GPS trajectory data, and achieves accurate extraction of origin-destination (OD) points for freight vehicle trips through a series of algorithmic workflows. First, data cleaning is performed to remove abnormal time and location data as well as duplicate records, ensuring the accuracy of subsequent analysis. Subsequently, specific rules are adopted to calculate dwell time and match Point of Interest (POI) information, so as to identify potential OD points, and further screen out qualified OD pairs. This entire process not only improves data quality, but also provides a solid foundation for in-depth understanding of freight vehicle operation patterns.
