Transparência legislativa por IA : comparação entre atas e vídeos em IA.

Este repositório contém os materiais complementares associados à dissertação de mestrado profissional “Transparência Legislativa por Inteligência Artificial: comparação entre atas e vídeos em Curitiba”. O estudo analisa a correspondência entre as atas oficiais das reuniões e os registros audiovisuais da Comissão de Economia, Finanças e Fiscalização da Câmara Municipal de Curitiba, no exercício de 2024, por meio de um workflow estruturado com apoio de inteligência artificial generativa. O conjunto disponibilizado inclui a matriz de controle das sessões, a relação das atas analisadas, os links dos vídeos correspondentes, a identificação das proposições legislativas, os prompts utilizados no workflow e os relatórios comparativos produzidos durante a pesquisa. Esses materiais documentam os procedimentos adotados para organização do corpus, comparação documental assistida por IA, rastreabilidade das evidências e validação humana dos achados. O repositório tem como objetivo ampliar a transparência metodológica e a replicabilidade procedimental da pesquisa, permitindo que pesquisadores e instituições públicas compreendam, verifiquem e adaptem o workflow proposto a outros contextos que envolvam registros legislativos, fontes audiovisuais e procedimentos de verificação documental. --- This repository contains the supplementary materials associated with the professional master’s dissertation “Legislative Transparency through Artificial Intelligence: A Comparison between Minutes and Videos in Curitiba”. The study analyzes the correspondence between official minutes and audiovisual records of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Oversight of the Curitiba City Council in 2024 through a structured workflow supported by generative artificial intelligence. The dataset includes the session control matrix, the list of analyzed minutes, links to the corresponding video recordings, identification of legislative proposals, the prompts used in the workflow, and comparative reports generated during the research. These materials document the procedures adopted for corpus organization, AI-assisted document comparison, traceability of evidence and human validation of the findings. The repository aims to enhance methodological transparency and procedural replicability, allowing researchers and public institutions to understand, verify and adapt the proposed workflow to other contexts involving legislative records, audiovisual sources and institutional document verification.
