We aimed to determine the effect of inulin and Trichuris muris infection on mucosal immune pathways in mice. Mice were fed either a control or inulin supplemented diet, then either infected with Trichuris muris or left uninfected. Caecal tissue was dissected at day 21 post infection for microarray analysis.
