METHODS FOR DESIGNING INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL SOLUTIONS AIMED AT FORMING STUDENTS' MOTIVATION FOR INDEPENDENT SELF-DEVELOPMENT

This article analyzes the design of innovative pedagogical approaches aimed at forming students' motivation for independent self-development in higher education institutions. Based on contemporary theories of motivation (self-determination theory, growth mindset theory, and the constructivist approach), the author proposes a step-by-step model for designing pedagogical solutions. The study presents practical recommendations, a design algorithm, and criteria for evaluating effectiveness.
