LocalTest

To test LINS' capabilities on the local knowledge base, we also constructed the LocalTest dataset. LocalTest contains 233 multiple-choice questions. Each question pertains to the recommended treatment drug for given genes, mutations, and cancers in the OncoKB database. The options include one drug recommended by OncoKB and three other990drugs selected from the drug library for other mutations and cancers of the same gene. There are four options (A, B, C, D) for each question, with only one correct answer. The constructed test set was reviewed by professional doctors to ensure it contained no incorrect information.
