The data was used for finding the cell intake and cell induced compounds after the Cordyceps militaris treatment to the leukemia U937 cell line for 2, 4, and 8 hours respectively. The newly found chemical, 5-methylthiocordycepin (MTC), was detected and putative identified the structure.
