The invention relates in particular to a method of producing a construction object (19)， for example for producing furniture. The process uses kernels of shelled or soft fruit and comprises the following steps: - separation of the pits and the fruit shells， - possibly additional separation of pits and seeds from fruits， - drying of fruit pits， - grinding of the cores， so as to obtain a powder of cores (11)， - mixing of said core powder (11) with an adhesive substance (13)， so as to obtain a paste (16)， - compression of said paste (16) in a mold， said mold having an imprint of the construction object (19)， and - Final drying of said paste and demolding of the construction object (19).
