Transcriptomic analysis of hepatic genes in pair-fed and ethanol-fed wild type and Sirt6 liver-specific knockout mice

RNA-seq was performed on mRNA samples purified from the livers of wild type (WT) and Sirt6 liver-specific knockout (KO) mice. Two genotypes (WT and KO) and two feeding conditions (pair-fed and ethanol-fed) were designed for this study. There were a total of four groups and each group had three liver mRNA samples isolated from individual mice.
