Data processing software for Metastable Helium Lidar Measurements in the Thermosphere and Lower Exosphere

This data processing software is precisely designed to handle the relevant data regarding the measurements of metastable helium He(23S) density in the thermosphere and lower exosphere. The system can detect metastable helium density up to 1,000 kilometers. It has accomplished the measurement of the daily rapid variations of metastable helium density within several hours for the first time, with a height resolution of 50 kilometers. This software can process data accumulated on a single or multiple days, obtain the metastable helium density distribution and errors through Rayleigh calibration formula.
