**Digitised Local Urban Planning Plan (LUP)** This lot informs about the right to build 90 municipalities out of 95 of the Métropole Européenne de Lille. Not included: the PLUs of Allennes-les-Marais, Annœullin, Bauvin, Canin and Provin. This PLU is digitally translated into conformity with the national requirements of the CNIG from the management base of the MEL PLU. **Requirement overlaying zoning** In addition to regulatory zoning, the graphic documents show: * the areas covered by the PAOs, which are also enforceable against the right to construct (arts.
