Recombination maps at different scales (window sizes from 20 kb to 1 Mb). <br>There are two maps for each chromosome, indicated by the coordinates in each file name. The longer considers the whole sequence as covered in the VCF file; the shorter only positions of the corresponding chromosome present in the DECODE recombination project.<br>These maps are currently in their version 0.9 and have not yet been subject to peer-review.<br>
