We generated a 500 m-resolution, VIIRS-compatible nighttime-light (NTL) time series for 1992–2024. Simulated VIIRS products produced in this study are labeled as `UTransNet_Like_VIIRS_****`, while the observed VIIRS annual composites obtained from the Earth Observation Group (EOG) are labeled as `UTransNet_NPP_VIIRS_****` and correspond to the “average_masked” band of the VIIRS Day/Night Band (DNB) annual VNL v2 series.
