国立環境研究所・地球環境研究センターでは、大気・海洋・生物圏を含む地球環境モニタリングの一環とし
て、陸域生態系の炭素収支に関する総合的なモニタリングを行っています。北海道の苫小牧に位置するサイトでは、森林と大気の二酸化炭素交換量をはじめ、森林の炭素循環の
各プロセスに関する長期モニタリングを2000年から実施しています。このデータセットに、苫小牧サイト
で観測された熱・水・CO2フラックス、一般気象、分光放射、植生指標データが含まれます。

The National Institute for Environmental Studies' Earth Environment Research Center has been conducting comprehensive monitoring of the carbon budget of terrestrial ecosystems as part of the Earth environment monitoring that includes the atmosphere, oceans, and biosphere. Since 2000, a long-term monitoring of various processes related to carbon cycling in forests, including the exchange of carbon dioxide between forests and the atmosphere, has been conducted at a site located in Funagata, Hokkaido. This dataset includes observed heat, water, and CO2 fluxes, general meteorological data, spectral radiance, and vegetation index data from the Funagata site.
