Our study showed that the synthesized tLyP-1-M1-Exos/CEL reinforced immunotherapy by reversing M2 macrophages into M1 to reshape the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and by decreasing MHC I expression on the tumor cell surface, thereby enhancing macrophage phagocytic antitumor immunity.
