Moored ADCP velocity measurements - OC26 site (Mississippi Canyon lease block 297), Gulf of Mexico, 2012-06-21 to 2016-09-11

A moored Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler measured current velocity as a part of operations conducted in the northern Gulf of Mexico, in Bureau of Energy Management (BOEM) lease block MC297. Data were collected from 2012-06-21 to 2016-09-11. The ADCP was moored at 28.6796°N, -88.3608°E in 1655 m of water to measure velocities at the bottom of a sediment trap.
