This dataset consists of 142 training annontations and 35 validation annotations found in 86 images. This small dataset was used to retrain the Mask R-CNN architecture in Detectron2 and make classifications of Type III solar radio bursts and groups of Type III solar radio bursts. The dataset includes one labelled Type II solar radio bursts that was found during the labelling process. We intend to expand the goals of the tools to support Type II bursts in the future.
