Religious Affiliation and Spiritual, Mental, and Perceived Health

The dataset comprised 1,167 Hungarian adults (mean age = 34.52 years) categorized by faith orientation into religious, spiritual but not religious (SBNR), and secular groups. Measures included the Spiritual Health and Life-Orientation Measure (SHALOM), the WHO-5 Well-Being Index, the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21 (DASS-21), and a self-rated health item, with age and sex included as control variables.
