Wine-growing AOC zones

The Designation of Origin Controls (AOC) of products corresponding to the criteria of the PDO and protects the designation in the territory of France. It is a step towards the PDO, from now on to european sign. It may also concern products not covered by European regulations (e.g. forest products).The production of wines is strictly regulated and controlled by the INAO (National Institute of Origin Appellations). Those rules provide for the issue of a label by the wine trade union concerned. The wines of Appellation d’Origine must comply with production conditions laid down by decree: defined production area, encepagement, minimum alcoholic strength, maximum yield, cultivation techniques, analytical standards and organoleptic control The areas of designation of origin “AOC” concerned cover the Department of Loiret.

# 数据集说明
本数据集对应受保护原产地名称（PDO, Protected Designation of Origin）标准的产品原产地命名控制（AOC, Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée）规则，在法国境内对相关命名进行保护。该规则是迈向欧盟层面受保护原产地标识的过渡步骤，亦可覆盖欧盟法规未涵盖的产品（例如林产品）。葡萄酒的生产由法国国家原产地命名研究院（INAO, National Institute of Origin Appellations）进行严格监管与管控。相关规则要求由对应葡萄酒行业工会核发标签。符合原产地命名的葡萄酒须遵守法令规定的各项生产条件：划定的生产区域、葡萄品种构成、最低酒精度、最高产量、栽培技术、分析标准以及感官检验。本次涉及的AOC原产地命名区域覆盖卢瓦雷省（Loiret）。

## 数据获取背景
本数据集由法国国家原产地命名研究院依据与卢瓦雷省签订的数据交换协议提供。

## 采集方法
通过对卢瓦雷省信息化地籍规划（Plan Cadastral Informatised du Loiret）的数据进行数字化处理完成采集。
