To investigate how RNase3 modulates the RNA expression profile of macrophage. In addition, we compared the effect of RNase3 on macrophages with RNase3-H15A, a mutate of RNase3 but lacking the catalytic activity, to further solve the long-lasting question that whether the immunomodulatory activity of RNase3 is dependent of the ribonuclease activity.
