Dataset for The Role of Stereotactic Radiosurgery for Meningioma Patients Associated with Epilepsy

This dataset contains de-identified clinical, radiosurgical, and seizure outcome data from 114 patients with meningioma-associated epilepsy treated with Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) between 1987 and 2024. Variables include demographic information, tumor characteristics, seizure history, antiseizure medication (ASM) use, radiosurgical treatment parameters, tumor control outcomes, adverse radiation effects, and Engel seizure outcome classifications. Data were retrospectively collected to support analyses of seizure control, ASM reduction/discontinuation, and tumor outcomes following primary or salvage SRS treatment for meningioma-associated seizures.
