Influence of Varied Phosphorus Fertilizer Ratios on the Rhizosphere Soil Microbial Community in Idesia polycarpa Seedlings

This experiment was treated by 4 phosphate fertilizer layers (1: CK, no fertilization; 2: low level phosphate fertilizer; 3: medium level phosphate fertilizer; 4: high level phosphate fertilizer). Transplanted into pots on June 11, fertilized at 0d (June 11), 40d (July 21), 80d (August 31). Rhizosphere soil was collected at 40d, 80d and 120d and microbial sequencing was performed.
