资源简介:
Lymphoma, a type of cancer affecting the lymphatic system, has long been associated with genetic and immune-related factors. Recent studies suggest that viral infections might also play a crucial role in the development and progression of lymphoma. This project uses advanced viral metagenomics to investigate the presence of viruses in lymphoma tissue samples, aiming to identify specific viral species that could contribute to the disease's onset and progression.Through high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis, we will map the viral landscape within lymphoma patients, uncovering potential viral drivers that may influence tumor behavior. By better understanding the viral contributions to lymphoma pathogenesis, this research seeks to provide new insights into the complex interactions between viruses and the immune system. Ultimately, this project could open up new avenues for early detection, prevention, and therapeutic strategies in lymphoma, potentially leading to more personalized and effective treatment approaches for patients.
