This dataset is applicable to extraterrestrial radiation prediction. It takes deep soil moisture content, temperature, atmospheric pressure deficit, temperature, photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), wind speed, shallow soil moisture content, relative humidity (RH), and shortwave incident radiation as inputs to generate extraterrestrial radiation outputs. This model solves the problem of modeling the relationship between extraterrestrial radiation, related environmental indicators, and kauri sap flow. Collected data were used to develop prediction models for extraterrestrial radiation via traditional algorithms including multiple linear regression. The model outputs predicted extraterrestrial radiation when fed with the following inputs: deep soil moisture content, temperature, atmospheric pressure deficit, kauri sap flow, photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), wind speed, shallow soil moisture content, relative humidity (RH), and shortwave incident radiation.
