Methylation assay data and analysis.

Sheet titled “Instructions” contains instructions for analyzing custom EpiTect Methyl II PCR Array results. Sheet titled “Gene Table” contains the PCR array name (SNRPN) and the well positions of the cell lines analyzed. Sheet titled “Raw Data” contains the inputted CT values obtained for each digestion for all cell lines. Sheet titled “QC Data Report” contains the auto-calculated failure rate to be used for quality control measures. Sheet titled “Results” contains the auto-calculated percent methylation for each cell line; UM is unmethylated, M is methylated. Sheet titled “Calculations” contains the formulas for the calculations performed. Sheet titled “Summary Raw Data” summarizes the CT values for all digestions for all cell lines. (XLSX)
