Dataset of the Mapping Relationship Between Electrostatic Voltage Parameters and Spraying Effects of Aluminum Alloy Electrostatic Powder Spraying. This dataset records detailed quantitative descriptions of the spraying effects obtained after spraying standard pre-treated aluminum alloy sheets under varying levels of the key process parameter—electrostatic voltage (kV), via systematic Design of Experiments (DOE) and long-term production practices.
